• Your purchase order number
• Krasity's order number
• Your customer number (contact our order desk for your number)

There must be an exact match of reference number.
12345 is not the same as 012345

The program only presents orders shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS)

Only orders that have been physically shipped will be listed.
