Warranty Provisions: Krasity's Medical & Surgical Supply, Inc guarantees its' dated products for a minimum of one (1) year from date of delivery. All undated products are guaranteed for two (2) years from date of delivery. Defective merchandise will be credited or replaced with the cost of replacement, including shipping charges, to be borne by the contractor. Under no circumstances will any products covered by this guarantee be returned without (a) advance written notice to the contractor, or (b) obtaining shipping instructions from the contractor.

Return goods policy: If there is a customer error in ordering, the ordering facility will assume responsibility and costs of returning the product. if error is due to the wrong merchandise being shipped by Krasity's, Krasity's will pay cost of merchandise pickup and consequent charges for reshipping. No restocking fee will apply in either case. A return goods authorization is not needed. A telephone call to (800) 537-1394 adequately satisfies the necessary requirement.
